Haven't Posted in a while! ):

 So I haven't been on here since July, well current stats are:
CW: 112 lbs/50.80234544 kg 
Height: 5'4"
BMI: 19.2

^As of Friday at about 8:30 AM ^

GW1: 110 lbs
GW2: 105 lbs
GW3: 100 lbs
FGW: 99 lbs

Weight this morning (before eating): 115.5 lbs   :D 3.5 lbs less!
B: 1 scrambled egg = 100
3 strips bacon = 48
1/2 cup milk = 65
1 red grapefruit = 82
      =295
Weight after eating breakfast: 116.5 lbs  :( gained a pound but hey, it's still less than I weighed yesterday.
Current BMI: 20.0

Still at my grandma's and so that would be why I had so much food today. When I get back home I'll eat way less. However, I don't have internet there so I'll just update whenever I can get to internet but I do keep track in a notebook.

   minus exercise = 1006

And now going for bike ride for 30 mins (-107) so...

Total calorie count for day=899

Hm. Not bad, considering how much I ate for breakfast. I stayed under my 1500 cal limit (when I'm really really hungry), even though I'll usually try to keep it under 400 or 500. Pretty good also considering I'm at my grandma's.

Skipped Lunch

I usually eat less but I'm staying with my grandma at the moment and she forces us to eat large amounts of food but I would usually just have a cup of blueberries or another fruit for breakfast then skip lunch and have a bowl of noodles for dinner.
